Children and Youth

First Presbyterian Church has the following programs available for youth (Birth – 12th Grade): Nursery Room (Birth-2 years old); Children’s Activity Room (3-8 years old); Sunday School (Pre-Kindergarten through 12th Grade); Youth Group for middle and high school youth.  If you have any questions about youth programming, please contact Susanna Stone  by either email (stone.susanna@fpcrochester.org) or call (507) 282-1618.

 

Sunday Morning

Nursery Room (E203) – The Nursery Room is designed for First Presbyterian Church youngest children (infants through 3 years old). First Presbyterian Church has supervised nursery care available during Sunday morning Worship services and FPC Education hour. Margie and her assistants provide a safe and welcoming environment for our young children.

Children’s Activity Room (E206) – The Children’s Activity Room is open for young children, ages 3 to 8 years old. Parents can bring their children to this room before service or their children can come to the Children’s Activity Room after the Children’s sermon.

Wednesday Evening Activities

Middle School Youth Group is for 6th-8th grade students. We meet in the Youth Activity Lounge 5:45-7:00 PM. Each week, during the school year, we meet to discuss the Gospel and real-world scenarios. We find time to interject games & activities too!

Senior High Youth Group is for 9th-12th grade students. We meet weekly 5:45-7:00 PM, to discuss the Gospel, life issues, and any other problems that may arise. We focus on how to bring faith alive in their lives.
